Foodera Technologies is strengthening its presence in India. From November 2026, our new office in Ahmedabad’s GIFT City will become the home of our growing Indian team, bringing local service and support closer to customers while connecting them directly to the wider expertise of Foodera Technologies.

At the heart of this next chapter is Ekant Agarwal (Pictured on the left), Managing Director of Foodera Technologies India, together with Neeraj Singh (Pictured on the right), Business Head (Operations & Developments – India) and a growing team of local specialists.

“For us, being present in India is about much more than opening an office. It is about being closer to our customers, understanding what they need and giving them direct access to the people and technology that can help them move forward,” says Ekant.

Two strong legacies. One local team.

The foundations of our Indian organization were built from the expertise and experience of Kiremko and Tummers, two renowned names in potato processing technology.

Today, that knowledge comes together within Foodera Technologies. Different backgrounds and areas of expertise, but one close-knit team with a shared ambition: helping processors get more from their operations.

And that team is growing. Two new colleagues will join in November as Senior Service Engineer and Spare Parts Manager, further strengthening our capabilities in India.

“Combining our experience creates very short lines between our customers, our local specialists and the wider Foodera organization,” adds Neeraj Singh. “We know the market, we know the technology and, most importantly, we know many of our customers personally. That is a strong foundation to build on.”

Closer means faster

Our strengthened presence will also translate into practical improvements for customers. We are investing in local spare parts availability, faster technical support, customer training and on-site service.

Our ambition is to respond to service requirements within 2–3 hours where possible, and within 24 hours depending on the requirement. A fully equipped mobile service van is also planned, bringing our specialists and the right tools directly to customers when support is needed.

At the same time, new training programs will help operators and technical teams improve equipment performance, production efficiency and process optimization.

It is a simple philosophy: global expertise should feel local.

Meet us in Gandhinagar

The next milestone will be the Global Potato Summit, 16–17 December 2026 at Mahatma Mandir Convention & Exhibition Centre in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, where Foodera Technologies will officially introduce its strengthened presence in India.

And we will bring more than an introduction.

We look forward to sharing some of the latest developments from across Foodera Technologies and talking about what they can mean for potato processors in India.

Whether the conversation is about a new processing line, improving an existing process, service and spare parts, efficiency, sustainability or the next challenge in your operation: come and talk to our team.
